Eligibility: This Promotion is open to UK residents (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland) aged 18 years and over only, excluding employees (and their immediate family members) of KP Snacks (“the Promoter”) and Asda, their agencies, or anyone else professionally connected with the Promotion. 2. Access to the internet, an active phone line and a valid email address are required in order to participate in the Promotion 3. No purchase necessary. 4. Entry is limited to one entry per person. No entrant may win more than one prize. 5. Entrants who make an entry on someone else’s behalf will be disqualified at the Promoter’s discretion. Bulk entries, entries using multiple email accounts, different names or via agents, third parties, organised groups or those automatically generated by computer will not be accepted. Entries received by any other means (e.g. post) will be rejected. 6. If it becomes apparent that a participant is using a computer(s) to circumvent these conditions by, for example, the use of ‘script’, ‘brute force’, or any other automated means, that person’s entries will be disqualified and any prize awarded will be void. 7. To enter: simply complete the online entry form found at https://www.ASDA.com/win with your details as follows: full name, postal address, email address, contact telephone no., age & gender. Proof of submitting an entry is not proof of receipt by the Promoter. The Promoter is not responsible for any entries which are delayed or fail to be registered for any technical or other reason whatsoever. 8. Promotional Period: Promotion is open for entry between 00:01 on 01/01/2015 and 23:59 on 06/02/2015. 9. The Promotion consists of 1 prize draw to be conducted on 13/02/2015. 10. All winners will be drawn at random under independent supervision from all valid entries received during that promotional period. 11. Winner Notification: Winners will be contacted by the Promoter, by phone, within 28 days of the prize draw. 12. If the prize is unclaimed within 15 working days of the initial notification, it will lapse and the Promoter reserves the right to offer the unclaimed prize to a substitute winner selected in accordance with the Promotion rules. 13. Each prize winner assumes all risks inherent to their prize and the Promoter will not accept liability for damages, injury or death other than caused by the negligence or breach of duty of care by the Promoter. Each winner (and, if applicable, their guest) may be required to sign disclaimers absolving the Promoter from liability to this extent during their participation in this Promotion. 14. Prizes: The following prizes are available to be won:  1 x No 1 Boot Camp experience for 2 people consisting of direct, return economy class flights to Ibiza Airport from all major UK airports, 7 nights No 1 Boot Camp accommodation in a en-suite double room (based on two sharing) including all activities and meals within the facility, transfers between Ibiza airport and No 1 Boot Camp accommodation, UK departure taxes and travel insurance. Location: Ibiza, Spain. Availability: Choose from available dates between 1st March 2015 and 31st October 2015. Subject to availabilty. It is the responsibility of the winner of the Ibiza Boot Camp Experience to ensure that the winner and his/her guest (i) hold valid travel documents (i.e. passports and any necessary visas) at the time of travel and (ii) are fit to travel at the time of departure. 16. All prizes are non-transferable. There are no cash or other prize alternatives available in whole or in part except in the event of circumstances beyond its control the Promoter reserves the right to substitute similar alternative prizes of equal or greater value. Unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Promoter the prizes will only be awarded directly to the winners. 17. The Winners will be required to participate in other publicity arising from this Promotion.
