Impossible to bulk remove text on my listings!

10 days before Christmas I bulk edited my 500+ listings and added in big red bold capitals that from now on all items would be upgraded to 1st class free of charge.

Now I cannot remove this text, I have tried over and over. I phoned Ebay CS and they could not do it either, they suggested using Turbo lister, but I use a Mac so not compatible.
It is being looked at by their Tech Team but I really want it gone asap.
Does anyone have any suggestions?!

I had a similar experience a few years ago - anything more than a few words, bulk find and replace cannot cope with.

I had to manually edit 800 listings to remove my message. It might be worth adding an image to your listing, which if you host it on webspace, you can replace with another graphic with the same name to include information you may need to change from time to time.

Yes good idea. Will remember that next year!
No way am I going to be able to edit the listings one by one! Maybe I could bribe one of my children?!
