    Thanks again..
    just doing the letter now

I will included name and address,nd the pcn reference.
should i put car registration number as they request in there letter ?
Of course. Set it out as a letter with your name and address top right and the VRN and their refs as you would normally do. Send it to where the PCS letter says appeals have to be sent to, don't assume it's another address on the document, find the bit about appeals. If you can email it then do so but obviously with your postal address and all!

So Is this the point i move to the next stage of the letters,
what are your thoughts on this letter
  • DRP are more powerless than a blown mains socket, so ignore the dim bulbs, because they can't take you to court, only PCS / Wing Parking could and I don't think they've ever taken someone to court (I could be wrong though).

Not sure why you need to ask seeing as the DRP/Zenith and PCS (all the same firm) letter chain has been discussed here for a decade now.

Threads galore arrive like buses every week, pointlessly wanting us to add more advice yet again about ignoring that drivel. We don't need to see every letter and that's why there are few replies on this thread now, this isn't needed to be taken so seriously. Stop giving it the time of day and taking photos of the letters, no need to post about them. Ignore them and just search the forum for old threads about the letters if you really want to read about other people ignoring this for YEARS!

Wing have never started a small claim and if they did we could beat them with our eyes closed.

many thanks for your replies and help.
I have looked at the flow chart and read some of the threads. There is so much good and confusing information on here. Also the flow chart doesnt sa what to do if your appeal fails atthe first step and your dont get a code.

I believe my next step after them rejecting my letter and not providing a Popla code is to complain to steve clark and also send another letter to PCS, asking them to provide a code.

the flow chart isnt the be all and end all, the NEWBIES sticky thread tells you who to complain to and why , so the saying says "if you dont ask , you dont get" , so yes ask him to look into it, you will either get positive news or negative news, which is better than no news at all

ie:- he may say they have complied with the CoP

or he may decide to intervene and sanction them on your behalf

he wont do anything if you dont write to him

as for DRP , post #4 of the newbies thread tells you what to do about debt collectors, bazster also told you what to do about DRP too , although it can go on for 6 years so be in for the long haul (under the small claims court procedures) , but you elected to follow the subsequent advice, so they bit and sent you the demand for payment, what did you expect from debt collectors ? - amnesty ?

the choices are yours to make , the advice here is to help members make decisions, not do it all for them

coupon-mad then told you that IGNORE the debt collector was the next course of action, which is what everybody has said and post #4 tells you to to (which bazster told you to do in the first reply)

neither the PPC or the DEBT COLLECTOR are on your side, they just want your money, nothing else matters to them , so dont expect clarity or compassion , dont expect them to stick to the rules , expect foul play , misdirection and off the ball incidents

    good luck
