Glad I made you laugh MancMama, feeling a bit rubbish about AF so I needed something positive to think about. And I may have eaten 2 Mars bars earlier... :shhh:

Alex fingers crossed that works for you. I tried the same but it didn't work for me as I couldn't cope with feeling I wasn't in control of it. But we all need to go with what is best for us. I have learnt I am a control freak....!!

Sorry for those with AF. CD 8 here. Acupuncture tomorrow and planning to start opks on Sat just in case ov moves even earlier.

Still full of a horrible cold - got the whole waking in the night with the dry mouth and tongue through trying to breathe through my mouth. Good job I'm in the 2ww, cos I'm most definitely not remotely sexy at the moment!! lol

Afm, CD19 & I think I oved on Mon. Didn't get +opk, but really strong ov symptoms & temps have risen so I'm calling 3DPO. Was at friend's wedding yesterday, had a lovely day but feeling totally exhausted now. Had the day off work & feeling slightly guilty that I wasted it laying about - woops!

We felt exactly the same. Constant fear of 'what if the baby we had to terminate was the only one we were going to get'.

It happened again though, eventually and I'm sure it will for you two. (12 week scan in less than a week - scared but cautiously optimistic - it was always going to be scary)

Alex - Good idea with the holiday, it will certainly be good to relax and think about a bikini bod and cocktails, which is a bit like what I am doing for a hol in May. It makes me think that it's not the end of the world if I don't get a BFP as I will have a fun holiday to look forward to. I am focussing on events throughout the year to keep me going month by month too. Come back and visit us

Big5 - You made me chuckle too. I worry about getting a BFP and announcing on here but that's because I so much want to see it for the rest of you - I think we all feel the same. And MancMama was right, I think it's real life that affects most people as they are in front of your face/in your life and you can't switch off/not read about it.

Angel - I am still hoping I ov'd last Friday. Positive test but temps erratic. I am lying about most days :rotfl:
