Account gone missing

I checked my report on noddle this morning and my HP for my car is not showing. It was there last month and now it's not.

I've never missed a payment, and there's another 1.5 years to run so any ideas why it's not there anymore?

Incidentally I bought my statutory report from Experian before Christmas and it showed on that but my noddle one is as of 1/1/15 so more recent.

Do companies just stop reporting to certain CRAs - but even then I'd expect it to show but not be updated.

Insight anybody??

Oh and Happy New Year!

  • Usually only vanish for a bit when sold.

I would check Experian again or equifax.

thanks happybunny. That's exactly what I thought but then they have no reason to sell, never missed a payment, even just checked to see if the company had gone into administration but that's not it either?

Accounts can vanish if the lender stops reporting to the CRA.
