Well, nice as it is to have a Nectar card that seems to keep refunding all of the previous bill, it looks like they've now credited me twice the £10 they should have credited before. I suspected this was going to happen. Unfortunately I'm going to have to ring them up - maybe they'll let me keep it all again:rotfl:. And thanks to aau1 (I think it was aau1) - I now have another £2.50 available:T (ignoring the further extra £10 that I'm not entitled to, unless/until they say I am) - I've had my free 100 points from signing up/answering some survey or other with British Gas:T:T.
So, I might well spend £12.50 instead of £10 next time - or do another £20 shop with £10 BM back if they say I can keep the further points:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:.
Any advice anyone, as to how you think it best I should play this. Assuming I have just £2.50 available:
Should I do the next shop of £10 BM spend and hope for about half of that (i.e. £5 BM) back? And then perhaps do £5 BM + the £2.50 Nectars - i.e. £7.50 - next time, and then hoping to retain a bit more (maybe £3.50 instead of £2.50) BM back from that?
Or should I do £12.50 shop next time (£10 BM + £2.50 Nectars), retain about £6.25 in BM back, then spend £6.25 BM and get about £3? What do you think is best? Or do you reckon I should keep the £2.50 points for later?0 -

You might compare 1 or 2 - surely 2 would be best? - if using C&C/HD (just for me to throw a spanner into the works again there:o:rotfl:).0 -

I actually had to double check that there! I'm totally lost with the days at the moment:rotfl:

Argos currently have it on offer for £299 and Dixons Travel are doing a DTD price match offer which means it will cost around £221 from them. I'm flying from Heathrow tomorrow, so could get one there, but am dithering as I don't know anyone who has one that I can ask. I currently have a three year old iPad 2 which still works fine, but is starting to creak a bit. Thoughts please? It would mean raiding my savings, but not money that is specifically earmarked for anything else. TIA.
But does the iPad 2 have a good resale value whereby you could get back some or most of the Air cost?
Just my opinion.

Yes please, if they don't compare more expensively to A! (Going to check that aspect now - [Strike]if A don't stock them, could be possibly two/three different items onto a shop:T.)[/Strike]
EDIT: Sadly A stock all three, so it's to be kept away from BM shopping it appears!0 -

Hi everyone, not been on board for a while, just wanted to pop my head around the corner and wish everyone a good and glitchy New Year :wave:I, not events, have the power to make me happy or unhappy today. I can choose which it shall be. Yesterday is dead, tomorrow hasn't arrived yet. I have just one day, today, and I'm going to be happy in it.

Thanks to CS for posting my sanex/dove cucumber shop results earlier. I have taken the sanex bath back and exchanged it for shower, so all good. Both CS and I did a few more cucumber shops with the mens dove deo instead of the sanex......will post results later.
