  • I'm still waiting for the day sada security tap me on the shoulder as I bend over the trolleys and ask me what I'm doing whilst I'm trying to liberate receipts

Yea, he'll take you by the arm and escort you to his office where he'll get his video collection out and make you watch some hardcore wombling before taking you out the back door and giving you a fistful of dirty wombles to manhandle and get excited over :D

Hi hun, I've been here all the time but trying to let the thread take its course and only post if I've something to add. Saw the usual debate arise today so thought it a good time to post to help things on their way. Everyone should remember that other MSEs may be on their doorstep so don't ruin things for them. No candles here, just the regular electrical method of lighting the house. I'm other side of the A41 though.

I'm Morries side of Watford so have been leaving Asda to you. It was not a dig. get in there girl, you're in walking distance which makes it your local ;-) I know there are lurkers but would rather it benefit an MSE who will report back :-)

so do I, so many of the oldies have gone that taught me the ways of mse, dont get me wrong I love everyone on here and would miss you all, but a lot of the people that made me welcome have since vanished

A lot of people can't keep up the time commitment to be on here so have decamped & set up their own forums. Some return under AE's.

Only some though, it's a shame as some of the best have had to go a different route.

Blimey that lingered around didn't it.
I'm ok, finally got rid of all the coughs and colds in the house. Everyone has been suffering with them since before Christmas but at last we are all healthy (ish) lol
I'm not counting at all, I love my job right now and will honestly be sad to have to stop. I'm not sure what I'm doing after my maternity leave as I'll prob pay more out in childcare than what I earn if I go back. Still it's an age away so hopefully something will come up.

Ah, really pleased you enjoy your job so much. It's a refreshing thing to hear :D
