There are some sites which let you scan and remove malware free. Don't know which they are but had this problem myself some years ago and managed to fix it that way. Otherwise, if you can move the docs to a pen drive, then perhaps you could take it to the Apple store for help? So sorry for your trouble!

I just realised that adwcleaner that I posted earlier is for windows and yours is a mac Not sure there is a mac version. Sorry x

Very satisfying isn't it? When we did the PP I tried to tell my brother about it and he said he couldn't be bothered. When I asked for help with the Kindle he was stunned I had one and even more stunned when I told him how I'd got it. He was a very quick pupil!

It is the ads that pop up everything I click on anything.

I can use a number of sites, but if I go on asda, it freezes and will not let me add anything into my trolley.. which is good really as if I had finished it I would have had to input my credit card details...... then I maybe in trouble!
