Further to this I started looking at livingsocial and groupon deals but the one I was interested in was not available :(.

so I went back to old faithful the marks sale and I got 2 tops for £1.99 each and a pair of tights for £1.99 total £5.97 and I used the marks gift card I bought in Argos early December for the Amex spend "£50 get £25 credit on your account deal" - so in real money this £6 spend was £3.

I ordered using click and collect to collect on the afternoon I go to the hairdressers so no extra money to drive to marks and no extra parking money either.

And also to negate this I took a huge bag full of items into Oxfam this morning.

This afternoon I checked and it has already gone to confirmed - actually £12.75 to be paid out :T - (no idea where the stray £2.75 was earned back in 2010, no clues on the activity page)

Morning all. I said yesterday was going to be rubbish and it was virtual hugs all round - hopefully today will be better and there will be less snow - none for us yet thankfully.

Check your emails and spam boxes for an email with the title

"Earn a £10 bonus on your next purchase"

from Quidco - in my case it was an account I opened a very long time ago and was just about dormant, last used 2010 so I had a few guesses at the password but it could be that you don't even remember having this Quidco account - maybe it was the cat, dog or goldfishes account :D

click on it to opt in - you have to spend £5 but that could easily be something you could click and collect in store eg tights from Marks or something in the sale from the Dunlemn mill sale - a few things have free delivery so that's another option.

I think I am going to have a look at Livingsocial or Groupon but I am going to check that all of my account details are still correct before I order anything.

Also had a look at click snap and found a free dog food and milka bag 20p - wonder if its still 50p in Morrisons

    Unfortunatley no.

It all started with the FB image thingymebob stating it needed updating. I then had loads of adverts pop up, to try to get rid of this I ended up with flipping malware......

I am tempted just to get another bl**ding computer!

Good Evening Elite, ssm - have you tried downloading a program called adwcleaner? I had massive problems with my pc, popups, underlined words - it was awful. This got rid of it for me, is free and easy to use http://download.cnet.com/AdwCleaner/3000-7786_4-75851221.html My daughter had the same problem with her lappy and this sorted her too. hth

Sorry to hear of your sons Birthday from hell Sarah, poor load must be really shook up :(
