You'll just have to believe that list. I don't have a picture to post (don't know how to post pictures anyway:o:rotfl:) - I know, a picture speaks a thousand words!!:D:D:) Obviously, some of the products have already now been consumed (I've escaped, got away there:rotfl:). I think I'll just go and have the last drink of Frijj milkshake (on its expiry date today) and to celebrate the price in A now being £1.30:D:rotfl:. (Bought at the right time:D - was S £1.30:j, was A 50p:T.) I have several days left on the Tropicana yet:rotfl::rotfl:.

See you later - bye for now!:wave:

    1 shave of Broccoli (1p)
A single closed cup mushroom (3p)

The final shop was £1.60 BM. Two packs of Basics Cornflakes 30p each is the 60p. And a pack of Basics Ice Cream Cones at 50p (I think they disappeared off the APG at that price, hope they have disappeared off the APG:rotfl:) and - Basics Blackcurrant Cheesecake (frozen) at 50p.

    :naughty:
I know what you're thinking - I should have waited till the right time tonight and bought loads of whoopsied items with that £1.60. But, really, just too hard... had enough of lots of little, low spend items on a shop and having to get that to amount up to a target spend:mad::mad::rotfl:.

Or... maybe I should have drawn another BM out of that £1.60 rather than wasting it:eek: on the Cornflakes and etc. items:rotfl:. Maybe another Pot Noodle and 60p worth of 9 diff. items? However, I had had enough of the fiddly little fruit & veg. shop on the previous shop by that time. Fiddly shop in general that was, just to annoy everybody and clog up their tills maybe, as per one of the comments here:

    http://www.thegrocer.co.uk/channels/supermarkets/sainsburys/sainsburys-brand-match-changes/358018.article

However, had it been old £20 spend, I would have been completely floored by that. It was only possible thanks to their change to 10 items:T.
Well at least you got your 5-a-day :

    1 New Potato
    1 piece of Carrot (4p)
    1 shave of Broccoli (1p)
A single closed cup mushroom (3p)

    :)

How do you know I got all that on that one shop today?:)
As it happens, I did! My five in two months:rotfl:. Not really - but we did have some cooked veg. tonight and, of the people here in my house tonight, did I end up with the Sprout?;) I did in fact, yes:D:D:T:T.:rotfl::rotfl:

If I'd have done a Pot Noodle + 9 items to 60p shop (more than likely, I'd have ran over and paid them something:(:rotfl: - only fortuitous I managed that penultimate shop, with all the veg., to the exact amount and ended with exact 10 items), I could not have got the two further Cornflakes packets, a Basics cones pack and a Basics Cheesecake on the final shop. It would have ended with a Pot Noodle, a Haribo or two, lots of small bits of veg and a Basics Cheesecake instead (the Cheesecake being bought with the 50p BM back). Whether that's better or not... probably better with two packets of Cornflakes (you know I always prefer the taste of the 'value' stuff;)) and four vanilla cones instead of a further Pot Noodle and lots of bits of veg that adds up to nothing much, and the Cheesecake:D in any event!

Right, I am going, for the night - I was going to post my earlier 'goodbye' post here and then amend that post to this, to pretend I'd left afterwards rather than come back, but now you've replied, I might as well reply to you, and then goodnight.

    So...goodbye!:)

PS: I like those 'fiddly' shops really:D:rotfl:.

    ...

(No, they're not - they're an absolute nuisance (at least in A it's only 8 items), trying to get the right size of items, to get them to scan and not leave me with way too far short of the target spend to have to go back again:(, and again:(:(, or otherwise getting too much weight:mad::mad: and ending up spending too far beyond the target:mad::rotfl::rotfl:. I never get the target spend bang on.)

    :rotfl::rotfl:

    Bye!:)

Good night. Popped in here after a lovely evening out just to check what is happening. Did an Udi CC for the morning.

I asked what would happen if a refund on a CC ended up being more than I had paid by credit card and people said I would lose it. Well that actually happened last time as they tried to sub the Stilton for Danish blue which I don't actually like so I refused the subs. They just returned the money to my credit card even though it was more than I'd paid with the card. A contented thought to take to bed with me!

Actually, just before I really go, about those (downsized:(:rotfl:) 5 pack of Creme Eggs - very quickly, no time to find the OP now - that, it's said, are "worth" £2.

I make it that 5 creme eggs are worth 9p each x 5 = 45p:):rotfl::rotfl:. But, still good getting 45ps worth (or 45p and a box costing £1.55:eek::rotfl:) for nowt!

You know I'm not normally happy when an mbuy appears on msm. However, once the mbuy got populated (but not yet on the individual items) on a.com, I reckoned that was probably going to end soon, so I was glad as I had managed to get all I needed. When I saw the 2 for 88p on msm, I was quite happy at that, as I'd got in there and 2 for 88p on a comp., even if we ever were paying 3 for £1 at some point in the future, would always have been worse than the straight 65p comp. we had got. I think that was their best offer on them. I hope everyone managed to get all they wanted/needed!

For the person who wanted to know which item the Pink Shampoo was earlier (I'm sure this is now out of date, as catching up with what I missed whilst I wasn't here on this thread yesterday), my reply would have been just look at the Creme Eggs page and you should find it on there:rotfl:!

The McCoys - mbuys there:(. Discos etc - now mbuys. Even those Dove Roll Ons (and, suddenly, they reveal what other items are in their offer:mad: and some of which may have been greater prices...oh well...!:rotfl:), even the Mullers I notice - I was going to ask if they had been populated on the offer but not marked individually for months but irrelevant now - cue an offer of 30p each next week at M or T:(:( - would have been fantastic, was not to be (yet:D) - sods law though that somewhere would immediately go onto 30p individual price though - I don't have any information that that is going to happen, but I can just see it (sods law).

Alright, that is it (really) - goodnight!:):wave:
