had an upset this morning ds2 came in and said all the young chickens were dead,:( we had bred them last year they were only 6 months old, the boys had picked the best ones and rehomed the rest, all pure bred and something had got in and ripped them apart, not sure what
but ds2 was upset to find them, sad thing was they were going to take them to the barn where they are free range but decided to leave it for now as there was a buzzard about and they are still small.
