Was the link that shows the 2 for 88p definitely unpopulated earlier (it is the offer from 1st January) whilst the 3 for £1 with today's date has always been unpopulated?

I think I perhaps worded my question incorrectly. I was wondering if the reason msm isn't showing the multi is because it's not on the individual item. I think that using my tablet is irrelevant except for the fact that I don't seem to be able to see the list of offers properly. I.e. Yes, it needs to be on the individual item, I understand, for msm to pick it up.
