Happy birthday to cjj and Troutabout...both have wonderful days whatever you do and enjoy them!


no boots sale for me...OH has taken the car to work as he cant face the mountain of things I would buy if I had access to a shop!
Although to be fair I have had a peek online and I could probably sell a lot of the gift sets back to them several times over so I will resist....in fact what I'm most upset about is that I cant get out to get my free cream eggs from CS.....

Thankfully we've got an appointment at 10 :T Though the spots don't look as red and angry as they did first thing They are still there though.
I guess if we couldn't get an appointment he'd have to stay off until we could. We are generally pretty lucky here though They have a drop in surgery where you can sit and wait if you can't get an appointment it but it can take a couple of hours.

Cold and damp but no snow to be seen here in Suffolk.

Not had a chance to keep up for ages as been in hospital with this rotten chesty cough. Had 2 courses of antibiotics and am now on the mend and home, but not for long !
Got an early appointment for my knee replacement :eek: Friday February 6th, yikes! Have 2 other appointments to attend for pre-med and group appointment. At the moment I’m quite calm and collected about it all as I realise how bad my knee is, if I have another fall the knee will just shatter anyway.

Hugs go to those who have needed, need now or just want one. I’ve missed you all even Locar :cool: r,( how are you doing, hope you are well )and the banter, and no doubt loads of glitches. There is no way I can read back to catch up so will start from here if that’s ok.

tweets, I see you are still doing well with the weight loss, well done. It does take hard work and determination which you seem to have, keep up the good work. :A

I’m slobbing it today pjs stay on as I’m not going out, haven't been shopping since before Christmas, dh has done it all :A Need to keep away from germs so my ‘op’ can go ahead without any problems. Don’t want another chesty hacking cough.

Off to read a couple of pages, but only a couple as I need to keep an eye on you lot here xx
