Happy New Year everyone. And thanks for the new thread.

Snap and Fourp, keeping the invalid in my prayer.

Charged £4 for my Toblerone so have a huge APG!! £33.77! Lost pennies on all the fillers except the Bertolli, but rather expected that since I wanted to get stuff I'd use. Thank you to whoever spotted this one -- we needed 'solid' chocolate and this will keep us going for a bit! And our picker is clearly very careful since I got exactly what I ordered -- no bonuses like gocat above!

I'd like to thank whoever wrote the first post -- it is very clear and helped me do my first targetted CC shop. It doesn't say -- I think! -- if the online APG expires. Can someone let me know please? Thank you.

Also went in store to check out the Fox's. Thanks to the OP who spotted that one! (Didn't look for the Toblerone since the packer said they had been hard to find and were not in store.) Our store had 2 for £2 and, sure enough, it went through as 2 for £2.50. So got refund and gift card which means free biscuits even before the APG results come through. I'm hoping it will compare to W though will lose a bit on soup -- used my last coupons as they expire tomorrow. They gave me 2p off the rest of the shopping but I'll lose that in the APG. Very tempted to rinse and repeat when SA goes off shift -- any ideas when that might be? She was very grumpy: 'I don't think we give a gift card for such small amounts.' Me: 'Yes you do.':rotfl::rotfl: She also left the SELs as they were... :T:T

Large jars of mincemeat rtc to 50p so got one. Still have some in the cupboard but needed a filler anyway! Don't want to make mince pies -- muffins?! Anyone any interesting ideas please?

Will post instore APG results later today.
I like to use mincemeat in baked stuffed apples and it's also delicious in bread and butter puddings instesd of dried fruit.

Thank you for asking. She was well yesterday and today, but for making sure she was ok we stayed at home. It looks it was one day fever

Glad to hear she is better manila. My DD3 used to get horrendous temperatures compared to my other two when she was poorly. First time it happened frightened the life out of me.

Someone told me that with some children their bodies cannot control the high temperatures as well as others not sure if that is actually true. But quite a few times when she had normal childhood illnesses a temperature of over 40 degrees was not unusual.

Someone suggested to use chrome (I think it was David?) and save the Dr Os as PDF.
    I still have 130 £1 mocs I've never printed :)
Can you still print them? Aren't they expired?

That's terrible!.. There are things you never get used to (Mums know that when talking about children being ill)

Good to hear. Not nice when they are unwell especially this time of year xx
Cherish those you have in your life because you never know when they won't be there anymore.

Thank you all for the lovely birthday messages...I have decided to spend a little time with my beauty product stash this morning and can now confirm I can now fit it into one large suitcase rather than the 2 its previously been housed in....

Its been a lovely hour "playing" with my products...I still have way too many but I WILL use them....it just may take me several years
