Kind of you, i would have done exactly the same, and sweet of her to show her appreciation. :)

Think most of elite would help a friend out. :A

Wasn't expecting anything I was helping a friend. She lives near Aldi and Mr A's opposite end of town to me.

I agree TS.....either that or it's poor timing on my part. I haven't had much of anything this year. No cream or cheeses, 1p items etc.

I know I haven't been to the shops as much as I'm trying to have a low spend January but there doesn't seem to be as much as last year:o

I was chatting to reduction guy in one of my Ts and he admitted last year they had loads of turkeys out the back that were brought out reduced, this year he said it was just what was left on end of aisle. He said stock control had been much better on everything xmas.

I didn't spot a single pot of whoopsied cream this year and I was out and about few times. Whoopsied cheese was almost non existent and the only thing there was quite a few of us was those little port and stilton sets. Reckon Elite had something to do with that as I remember year before we were ordering loads using codes before xmas. :rotfl:

Also I had ordered loads of toys for Teeny by now, Ts direct but not seen any grand reductions yet and certainly nothing in either of my locals. :(

    Good morning all

    Congrats to Dipdab

SSM I was watching Broadchurch and the judge reminded me of you

You portray yourself as slightly scatty upon late arrival like her but she was perfect in delivery of her job (like you, cos you care :D)

Enjoy your day and stay safe

Why thank you kind lady, I take that as a compliment. I am probably a little more like the defence legal..... not sure if that is a positive! I do have to admit that the confession should not be included in the evidence x

Wow! Thanks for the advice & to eightieschick88

We were planning on sleeping so maybe tempted to set an alarm and go for a walk up and down the cabin every hour or so. I always took those warnings as a bit of a 'were covering our own backs here' kind of thing.

Have you got flight socks? They should help. Also write the alphabet in the air with your feet is a good one.
