  • Evening all

So glad to be home from work and I'm not moving for the rest of the night now.

I'm not doing to well on the glitching front at the moment, mojo is all out of kilter. Was nice to scratch the 1p itch yesterday though. Thanks to everyone who posts their results and finds up :T

we have a lightbulb problem as well - we have only had 2 out of 3 overheads in the living room for weeks now. OH reckons that the bulbs are only sold by ikea - another 2 weeks before we go in that direction.

If you are buying LED's at £3-4 like in A then these actually saving you even more money than the more standard CFL#s (compact fluorescent lamps?)energy saving lightbulbs as they use even less electricity. HTH?!

SOme extra info comparing the LED's to old style bulbs if interested: sorry if you aren't into the Torygraph!

Green and minimal chemicals is the new black- I know a fair old bit about sustainability, specially energy and transport stuff. If I can help- please ask!

I often see people mention Home Bargains. We don't have one here and I don't think I've ever seen one. Is it something like B&M?

    a culinary emergency

OH has just discovered that we have run out of gravy granules - yes he has been telling me for the past week and the empty pot is on my desk so I do take responsibility for this tragedy - yes he did go shopping with me yesterday afternoon and this morning so he can also take responsibility.
We usually get the value version from !!!!!! or sada etc

    what can he use instead?

Yes she has Bisto gravy powder but he is refusing to use it:( It is sausages on the menu tonight
