I could just down a glass of chilled very dry white:o
I tried to talk my DH into a dry month and his reaction was not a pretty sight ! By being a bit devious - especially when I am on a 5:2 fast day - he is now down to a beer or a whisky (only 1!) 3 or 4 days out of 7 instead of every day. I am down to 2 'alcohol' (again only 1) days out of 7 instead of 5 out of 7.
Next month will see that all go pie shaped as we are off to Sri Lanka all inclusive on 26 Jan for a month and I absolutely draw the line at restrictions while I am away.ELITE 5:2
