A little harsh, I wasnt quoting law with cases, I was naming the other footballer who had sex with the girl that night. Surely if nothing else, he should have been guilty by joint enterprise? I was asking an opinion.

You're referring to Ched Evans aren't you, and not to Carrington-Jones who is mentioned in the Sussex link replied to. Just to clarify, as Carrington-Jones' conviction was quashed and therefore isn't as guilty as sin.

As to Ched Evans, I'm not commenting on it - it's a complex issue (and I mean complicated, rather than complex in the sense of 'having a complex'). If I get to commenting it'd be an entire book on the matter:eek::eek: as I'd store vast amounts of information and mention the entire lot in taking every possible POV on board in order to give my opinion. So, I'm sorry - I have all of it in my head - but it's impossible to communicate the entirety of that without posting the entire book.
