Well I finally caved and bought the elephant too :D I was resisting as I couldn't think of someone to give it to as I've already got baby toys in the present stash. Then I read the Amazon reviews and remembered that I'm going to a 1st birthday party next week :D

Well Teeny's had her 1st birthday now so I will just have to find an excuse to give it when I next visit. :rotfl:

I read the amazon reviews too. ;)

Most of my vouchers are now in - and the good news (I can't remember who was worried about it ) is that they haven't combined 2 lots of vouchers. ie they are sensuble £20, £10 etc ones not a ruddy great £50 problem !

Not sure I've seen a list for a while but then I've done a lot of skipping:)
Some of the value range tinned veg/ baked beans compares and are ideal for the food bank as are the value 4 pk packet soups, 29p pasta, spaghetti etc but check which shops they compare well with as not all of them are favourable:)
Are you thinking of Miss Laid's list of 20p fillers its in the first post although a few years old now
    http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showpost.php?p=55020969&postcount=2955
    Instant noodles 20p
    Smartprice water/lemonade 17p
    Instant custard 15p
    Tins new potatoes 15p
    Strawberry whip dessert 17p
    Tins carrots 19p

And remember when the mushy peas were 4p
    Good old days

I think Mislaid's list might be out of date with prices.

If you use MSM and type in Smartprice you get a good selection appear. If you then select to sort by price it puts it in low to high

    The end is nigh
