Well I finally caved and bought the elephant too
I was resisting as I couldn't think of someone to give it to as I've already got baby toys in the present stash. Then I read the Amazon reviews and remembered that I'm going to a 1st birthday party next week
Well Teeny's had her 1st birthday now so I will just have to find an excuse to give it when I next visit. :rotfl:

Some of the value range tinned veg/ baked beans compares and are ideal for the food bank as are the value 4 pk packet soups, 29p pasta, spaghetti etc but check which shops they compare well with as not all of them are favourable:)scottishshortie wrote: »Are you thinking of Miss Laid's list of 20p fillers its in the first post although a few years old now

Good old days
I think Mislaid's list might be out of date with prices.
If you use MSM and type in Smartprice you get a good selection appear. If you then select to sort by price it puts it in low to high
