Used to get those quite a lot. I took to having a steam bath once a day for a week, then once every couple of days, cut it down to once a week, nowadays I no longer have to do it. I think I can safely say (fingers VERY crossed) that I no longer get them. I still keep some dual action tablets in just as insurance, and I take a couple as soon as I get any of the symptoms. I don't think anyone quite realises how bad they are until they have had one xx
