My wife has just got a Hudl and about every hour night and day alarm bleeps.

I have a hudl also and if anything updates, like an app or something, or an email it beeps and a little icon appears in the top left to tell you what it is.
I imagine you can turn it off if you go into your settings, or simply turn your hurl off when not in use. It only beeps in standby. Not when its actually off.:cool::cool: lurker:cool::cool:0 -
