You might also find this site helpful.

Not pure CBT, but this is a legitimate site and I can vouch for MBCT as being effective and often 'prescribed' by GPs who don't think a little pill is the one and only answer to all lifes ills.

Well done for acknowledging you've got some issues and trying to deal with them.

Best of luck and a peaceful 2015

Please stop using the word "of" when you actually mean "have" - it's damned annoying

Living life to the full is an online NHS endorsed CBT programme. It is free and you can work through it at your own pace. This would let you see if it is an approach that would work for you and is empowering for yourself if you can resolve it. The website is llttf.com I think.

sounds worth a look - thanks for that

Try to remember you are just as entitled to kindness, love and understanding as anyone else .

And the hardest thing sometimes is learning how to be kind and loving to yourself.

It might be helpful to think how you'd respond to a good friend or family member who was having a tough time and had some problems.

You probably wouldn't judge them you'd offer some love and support if you could. Well give that to yourself, you do deserve it.
