setup here with a win 8.1 , and a nas drive (dlink) all hard wired thru cables and router.
nas drive is a mapped drive , with "reconnect at logon enabled"
when you restart , message appears "cannot log on to network drive"
I have to open file explorer and click it to "wake it up"
for obvious reasons the shortcut on by desktop , will not wake it up.
any thoughts , or sutable registry settings ? (tried a few on the web , but no joy)
