Vaillant VCGB282EH Not Firing Up

I have had this boiler since new and it has been regularly serviced with parts replaced when necessary.
It had an external expansion vessel fitted march 2014 and recently it has had a new pump fitted and the servo and surrounding tubes cleared/checked.
The boiler runs great in the day giving us heat and water but each morning it tries to start and fires up for a moment but then closes down and the red fault light. It re-starts on first or second attempt by pressing the black button and then as I say is ok for the rest of the day.
The pressure in the morning before it attempts to fire up is 1 bar.
Any ideas?
In view of the new pump, would it be an idea to raise the pressure up from 1 bar to say 1.5 bar, would this make a difference?

I'm not familiar with your system, but when I had a boiler that needed the reset button pressing increasingly often, it was a new circuit board that was required.0
