question about various interest free end dates on cc

Hi, this is probably a stupid question but I can't seem to find the answer. I have a barclaycard CC with 2 separate 0% transfers on it. I also want to move another amount onto the same card on another interest free offer.

so, if I have for example

£150 interest free till jan 2015
£800 interest free till august 2015

Is it possible for me to pay off one of the balances first? I would want any payments to come off the one with the earliest end time on the 0% rate but my account doesn't seem to let me choose? Thus if I add another amount 0% till 2016 I wouldn't want payments coming off that one till the others cleared.

Also is it possible for me to move a specific part of the balance to another interest free card?

I hope this makes sense, thanks for any replies.

  • You need to check how Barclaycard allocate payments when two promos are at the same rate. Eg the one that ends first or started first.
