G24 Parking Appeal Stage 2

Having received a lovely PCN from G24, I followed the advice given on this site (newbies thread) and replied using the template provided.
G24 rejected my appeal and replied using what looks like a standard response letter (they must be receiving quite a few of these template letters). I am saying this because they replied within 24 hours and it is quite a lengthy "detailed" response which I don't believe they conjured-up over night. :T
The next stage of appeal is now with IAS and I have until the middle of Jan 15 to reply. Having read the advice given on this site, it may not even be worth appealing to IAS.

I agree - I wouldn't. Sit tight.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

The wait is finally over regarding G24. Fianlly, on the second of March I received another letter from them warning me that if I do not pay within 28 days of their correspondence, the sum of £70.00 they will forward the outstanding amount to a debt recovery agency. Hmmm... what happened to the court proceedings stage I wonder?
So, to date, they have written to me regarding a contravention of a phoney contract, I have replied with the template letter suggested on this site and they are now warning me that they will send the outstanding amount to a debt agency if I don't pay...
Am I correct in thinking that they are losing the battle here? What are your suggestions?
Do I write to them that their continued persistence on this matter is now causing a nuisance (they were warned in the template appeal letter of such behaviour) or do I ignore and wait to see what happens next?
Thank you0 -
G24 won't do court. The debt agency is simply Debt Recovery Plus or one of the other names, and all of them can be ignored. ALL covered in the NEWBIES thread.0

IGNORE
its that simple
only respond to a proper LBC or an MCOL, nothing else
post #4 of the newbies thread tells you this , ie:- IGNORE

Just ignore them. I still have three so called 'tickets' outstanding with them that they threaterned court over many times. They're a bunch of corrupt imbeciles who must have been hearded together from various villages around the UK."The darkest places in hell are reserved for those who maintain their neutrality in times of moral crisis." - Dante Alighieri0
