Hello all, I have posted a thread on the Gaming help page regards grandson not being able to log in to his Playstation4. Just wondered if anyone could help from this page as well. Basically when trying to log in to his PS4 to play Fifa15 it just keeps coming up with the message 'Cannot log in using another players ID' He is using his correct email/password to try to log on. Can anyone help here? have used Google but still unsure as to how to resolve this issue. Any help appreciated
