I just had the following email from Streetspotr - they've DOUBLED the fee they pay for any tasks completed this weekend:

Something to beat the post Xmas blues - this is Streetspotr bonus weekend when we are paying out double for all paid spots!

So why not pop into your local HMV and have a browse at the top sounds and videos this weekend and earn £6.
Or go to a Muffin Break and have a free coffee as well as earning £6.
Or you could go to your local Pub for a beer and earn another £6.

But remember this double point offer ends on Sunday at 11.55pm

And look out for lots more exciting sports coming your way in 2015.

Remember that all Spots can be found at https://streetspotr.com/en/spots

Hello all, wishing everyone a healthy, happy and financially sound/improved 2015. Thank you Aesop for running the thread, it's such a long time since I have been here, but here I am, thanks to everyone who provides such inspiration on this thread. Your wisdom has lured me back!

I'd like a target of £250 for the month, I am starting late I know but I hope it's doable. I include my mileage claim in what's countable for this challenge as I consider this a bonus after years in the past of not claiming them -- from um, me if you see what I mean. So that gives me a headstart, I have £130 owed at the moment. I don't count other work exes as that's not boosting income, just replacing money spent out.

I have not been near ebay, car boot, survey or mystery shop in months, so I am hoping to get this sorted this month!

Good luck all and apologies to Aesop for mistakenly reading 'I got rid of my VirginTV' as I got rid of my virginity! :) I'll get my coat.

Edited to add: £1.53 from TCB gets me off to a flying start, yay! Also £9 from Nectar Points from so far.

Found another £40 lurking in an old matched betting account. Wahoo.

I'm so glad I joined this thread, it has really motivated me to get my finances organised. I'm really quite shocked at what I have achieved so far.

I've only managed it on the actual laptop website.

on the left hand side it says paypal balance (just above where the money is)
click that and a new page will open, look for manage currencies.
on the right hand side there is a currency exchange box, you need to put all the details into that

    hope it helps x
