Legal Aid for small business dispute?
Comments

You could try small claims court, no legal fees and you have a chance to get your money back.
Other than that, I'd find a new supplierFaith, hope, charity, these three; but the greatest of these is charity.0 -
Unless these items were made of gold, you don't need legal aid. You could pursue this via the small claims court. The first stage would be to send a letter before action detailing the sum you want as recompense and why.
However, before you go down that road, do you have any proof that they have supplied faulty products. You are going to need some evidence such as a product specification or a supply contract. Do you have some sort of document that sets out exactly what they were supposed to supply you with because if not, you are going to have a very hard time convincing any court that the manufacturer is at fault, not least because you did not inform them immediately following delivery?0 -
I think legal aid can be granted for civil cases in some cases. There may be others, but such a case, I believe, is if your home was under threat of repossession. So the bar is pretty high.0
