Wanted: Digital TV Card for Plasma Screen + PC..

Hi there guys,
Need some advice - at work they've installed this pretty nice plasma TV and I was wondering what type of TV tuner card (as it's plugged up to a base unit) would be best to have? Are there any out there which include an aerial? Price range between £50-£100 would be ideal. As long as it picks up freeview channels nicely that should do it.
Can anyone help?

If its a TV or got AV input, perhaps easier/ chaeper to plus in a separate Digibox, saves PC needing to be on and using PC processing powerAny posts on here are for information and discussion purposes only and shouldn't be seen as (financial) advice.0

fair point.. i'll see what the boss says!
Also, it's in a security tight building so loose wires hanging out (there are no windows) isn't an option - are there any free form aerials you can plug by the side of the tv or on top which can get a decent enough signal for a digital box?
