Hi everyone have been lurking on the forum for a while but really focused at the mo as we have gone down to one wage and need to be super frugal!

I am off to uni as a mature student in Sept to study nursing so planning on as many extra payments as I can over the next 3 years to bring to the cc's down and hopefully finish uni 2018 debt free or near as.

Thats the plan anyway ;) Just totted up the little extra payments I have made already this month = £27.98 :j

Hopes its not too late in the year to join in.

Ooh I like this idea. :D

Hello everyone, can I join in please? Sorry it's halfway through the year and all...

As soon as I can get to a bank I can pay some cash in from bits that I've sold this week, so can start recording the extra payments... exciting stuff! :T

    Welcome to the newcomers.

I joined late last year but it still made a big diffence.. any extra payments no matter how little or big they all add up.

Some weeks I've made very small payments as there have been issues with my wages being underpaid then overpaid since april which im still trying to sort. My DH has been overcharged tax by £400 for two months ! Made things very tight so its swings and roundabouts.

So Extra payment to CC to round it down ..

    £26.73

    Morning all

£8 from Quidco today, plus £7.50 from selling Ds's booster seat he no longer needs = a £15.50 extra payment today, that's £31.04 in 24 hours! :D

I'm loving this, why didn't I find you guys sooner?! :rotfl:

    Happy Friday all
