Hi Peeps,
I have been missing in here for some time actually October 2014. How rude of me.
Thanks PLMBL for continuing this thread.
My absence does not mean I have been slack... OK just a bit then, my overpayment to rid it was 310.
Just now I have received a nil Nationwide CC statement, so spent 10 mins trying to successfully get through and close!!!!

As we are now on week 9 am thinking of what to sort next.
I have been very MSE changed utilities and potentially halved my charges... that's £100 per month over the year excluding my £30 cash back. Reducing mobile contracts as they finish this year saving over £600...WHAT!!! That totals nearly 2000 for the year
Am now down to one CC with Barclays and a debt balance of £3060.
Time to recycle and get more pennies in.
I am collecting my money back to get some savings together at the same time, saving £1 a day for xmas 2015. Saving a bit up for lent too instead of doing nothing.
I really am Jaxmar's motto penny wise pound foolish.. but we are working on that.

Was £48 something away from hitting my halfway point in paying off my £4000 target this year that I set myself so sent another £50 towards the credit card......hope it doesn't come back and bit me on the bottom lol xx

£3.62 paid to the cc today. Unbelievably they have increased my limit for the first time in a couple of years because I am paying more :laugh:

Paid £25 to the credit card today. Got a bonus from work of £16, so took it up to £25 and paid it across. Xx

Hi all, lovely surprise this week OH was underpaid his Boxing Day overtime on last months wages so they paid an interim payment. Didn't miss it so rounded it to £100 paid off CC. Off to update sig.:T

Week 9 account skim to the CC is £4.29, i'm already seeing the difference in the interest i'm paying even with these small amounts :T.

Bank account skim sends £77 to the cc this week.
Had payday this weekend but the dds are all over the place because of the short month. Will be happier next weekend when hopefully they've all settled down again.
