I could not logged in to my account for more than 1 months. And they don't know why or they don't want to disclose the reason.
At fist they said it would be solved within a week. and another week. And they wrote me it would be solved by 25th Dec.
When I spoke to them finally today, The CS's answer was ' Oh, but you have logged in successfully just today' Then I realised that they don't know their own system and the system has failed seriously. I strongly believe it has been hacked.
So I told them to cancel the card.
Be alert. Something's going very wrong with the Barclaycard.

Did you try it on your mobile? I can't sign in through my home Internet (virgin) but can at work (BT) And on my mobile using mobile network.
Must be something to do with Virgin. I dunno.0 -
The system hasn't been hacked, but it's possible your access has been compromised. Your best bet would be to thoroughly check your computer for malware, or if other people have access to your computer, consider whether one of them might be responsible.0

Yes I did. I tried at home with Virgin broadband and at work with Not with virgin media.0

Mine's still working perfectly.0

I'm using Virgin Media at home and haven't had any trouble logging in here either.
