Hi, anyone have any useful information on this new scheme? Been searching and all I can find is a bunch of news stories, all just variations of the press release on the gov.uk website. Went to see an independent mortgage advisor today and he’d never heard of it despite our Borough Council being one of the ones signing up for it and the Prime Minister coming to Poole to promote it!
I’m a first time buyer with a decent deposit but not a huge income so wondering if this might be my chance to jump on the ladder. Press release says only 100,000 homes and need to register in Jan 2015, but can’t find anything about where to register interest.
