Where are the meal planners?

Hi all

I can't see any threads where posters have been putting up their weekly meal plans. Are members still doing this?

I love Quesadillas with any stuffing, they're so versatile. With a hm chunky coleslaw they make a great, filling dinner - and fairly healthy too.

Oops, I wonder if a mod or OP could change the title?

    cabbage
Th - Roast leg lamb, roasties, red cabbage
    F - Scampi, chips & peas

Today - steak, chips, salad and peppercorn sauce
Thurs - gammon in mustard sauce, cauliflower cheese, mash
Fri & Sat - roast chicken and all the trimmings
Sun - chicken pasta bake using left over chicken

That's as far in advance as I can plan! I don't need to buy anything so will be staying out of the shops!
We were going to have a Chinese tonight but bought some nice steak instead (YS £1.65), salad was 15p, peppercorn sauce 20p and chips are in the freezer (will prob use about £1 worth) so dinner tonight is £3 instead of the twenty something we would have spent on a takeaway!
