£1 Hotel Rooms in London

Came across this over Christmas - Smart City Apartments seem to be selling rooms at £1 each on the 15th Jan. May be of interest to some of you.
Seems they are selling a load of hotel rooms off for £1 each.

Well, with a meager total of just 50 rooms being sold at that price I can't say I fancy my chances (or the inevitable website crash headache that will no doubt ensue from so many people trying to compete for those rooms at the same time)...

Hi Vectis. I thought that they were going to sell the beds on the 15 Jan for £1. That's what the countdown suggests.
