virgin media chasing debt

I have a outstanding debt off virgin media ,even though I have been served a occupation order by my partner against me returning to the property.since this order was served 80% of the bill is for that time.what are my rights,seeing as I have had no access to mail,or phone calls.

    Nothing to do with Virgin.

    Cancel it and see what the cancellation fees are. If you didn't deal with it after leaving the property then this was bound to happen
