  • Just to close the loop - Santander accepted the coins paid into my son's bank account today. I was there for half an hour while they made some calls, but then no problem. :T

    Have to say that all the sold £20 on eBay are selling for notably above £20, most around £30 inc P&P so even after fees you are going to be quids in

    I was offered £200 for an old £50 note. It was given to me when I was a child as a present. I plan to keep it until I'm old.
