I work for Alton Towers on the admissions, there are ways of buying the fast tracks online before you come, make sure you order your tickets 48 hours before you come tho else staff have problems finding your booking. The fast tracks on the day are worth there money there is the £30 for the ultimate fast track - this includes 18 rides one ride on each (i wouldn't get this) there is a fast track adventure £4 - which gets you on charlie and the choc factory, run away mine train and corkscrew (great for kids), a fast track for Rita Queen of Speed £4 well recommend as it is the busiest ride on park although this will need to be brought asap on the day as sell out very quickly! and lastly is the fast track thrills £8 which is for Air, Nemisis, Oblivion and the Flume most people buy the Rita and Thrill fast track!

    Hope i helped!!

  • do u have to buy the fastrack tickets with entry fee or can u just buy them on there own?
  • Can anyone give me a link to where i can get a fast tracker ticket online... from a reliable source .. cos last time i went with family, and they got them, but this time im going for a college course, and i dont want to rely on getting them when im there, cos i doubt ill get hold of them... if i could get the one for " fast track thrills £8 which is for Air, Nemisis, Oblivion and the Flume " .. that would be absolutely awesome!.. and could anyone tell me what the single riders lines are on? cos in america you get them on all the rides but im not sure if they do them in alton towers, i remember last time there was one for rita.. but im guessing thats not there anymore... thanks guys.xx

  • Is there anywhere I can purchase cheap Alton Towers fast track tickets? It works out to be very expensive along with the cost of everything else i.e. petrol, food, staying overnight as its not just down the road from me etc etc?

    Wow, zombie thread.

No, there isn't anywhere you can get cheap fast tracks, you'll need to either buy them online or try on the day. There are ways to minimise queues though, such as using single rider queues, choosing which rides you go on and when, etc. Check sites such as Alton Towers Almanac or Tower Times for some really helpful tips.

I agree they aren't cheap but they are a great way of getting well over 20 rides done on a weekend day. Single rider is a great way of reducing the queues and you can get on together sometimes. We used single rider last weekend for our family of four and for some rides (Rita & Thirteen and Air) we sat either together or at least on the same ride - brilliant! We did get split on some but we only waited about 5-10mins for us all to get on.
