Hi,
I am looking for some advice please, today I got a parking ticket on my window for blocking the pathway in a free car park, I was not aware of the footpath & thought I was parking in a space, I have taken photo's to show how it looked like a space but am not sure weather to go ahead & appeal showing the evidence or to wait for the NTK & follow the advice for newbies & send the appeal template. Any advice will be greatly appreciated.
Thanks

Wait for the NtK and continue reading and understanding the NEWBIES FAQ sticky, so you are well prepared for and able to deal with the NtK, due to arrive with you between days 29 and 56 after the parking event. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
