Do you mean you are getting identical surveys repeated or different surveys from the same providers.Those messages seem like they should be crediting but there are a lot of problems with surveys crediting at the minute.You can put a ticket in from the 'need help' button on the bottom right corner. take screenshots of the last page saying 'congratulations' or 'survey completed' and send them in.

toluna survey only ever credit for me once a day no matter how many i can complete or u can do

I posted yesterday about having 5 giftcards not approved, approaching 10 days. However, since my last post and this one they have ALL been approved !!!! :beer:

As far as GTM non credits go, they have never questioned any ticket i have put in and ive had loads not credit. Ive had a a week off surveys but prior to that i was hitting 800 sb a day by doing just surveys, phone apps and some easy videos. Gone a bit brain dead atm and just fancy clickety clicking on videos and phone apps so its dropped to 200-280 a day. I've never put a ticket in for anything lower than 20 even though in the long run ive probably lost a fair few hundred of them.
