There are very few instant surveys and you pretty much have to click to your homepage whenever someone see it, you have usually about a 5 min window.

Sometimes it appears to other people an hour later. So it's just a matter of luck catching the box when it appears.

They mostly disappear quickly but I found that they don't show if I have Ad-Block on (and also some videos don't load)
