They all seem nice people, but they must have hundreds of these appeals to deal with in a day, so I try and provide everything they will need in my ticket-opening e-mail.

Im gonna go for friday just to be safe...I completed 7 yesterday but I also think I had a non credit so as long as support sort that out it should make 8. I do think these non credits are going to cause a problem for quiet a few people though.
