I've had no card issues doing Ladbrooks and W. Hill, companies with long standing in the UK.0 -

While I am still waiting for the daily that was not paid a couple of days ago, another Toluna daily has not been credited today.0

I am still waiting for three to be dealt with - one 80SB "Jump In" and two 70SB Daily surveys. I e-mailed all three of them to Customer Support on Saturday morning, so I haven't expected to hear from them until today at the earliest (although I did once get a reply on a Sunday), and probably tomorrow if they come back to work after the weekend to find a whole stack of appeals to be dealt with. I find them very good at sorting these non-crediting surveys out for me and ensuring that I receive the relevant credits. Just in case anybody needs the info, the address to write to is <support@csswagbucks.zendesk.com> and I always include a screenshot of the completion page, along with details of the survey type, its value, and its URL.
I haven't had any non-crediting surveys today - but then, I haven't had any 80SB surveys, or any 70SB ones which didn't kick me out almost instantly! One Peanuts Lab and one Partners survey, that's my lot for today. I am not optimistic for any sizeable rebate :-(0 -
I have never included a screenshot of completion since the majority of them are not unique and are pointless. I only give any of this info if its an error.
I've sent a 20, 3 x70 and an 80 in today from the weekends lot of errors and non credits and and a 2k plus from an offer than didnt credit.0 -

Sorry, psi224 - I wasn't clear in how I wrote my post. I meant that I took a screenshot of the final screen in the survey, not the SB screen saying I had completed it. Most surveys have some sort of progress meter, so as it approaches 100% I hit the PrintScreen key on each page that is presented to me (before answering it). Often there are hints such as "Finally..." or so forth to give clues that the survey is reaching its end. Now and then, if the end of the survey takes me by surprise, I can get the screenshot using the browser's Back key. I am pretty sure that these screenshots help in persuading Customer Support to credit me with my missing SB. They all seem nice people, but they must have hundreds of these appeals to deal with in a day, so I try and provide everything they will need in my ticket-opening e-mail.0
