Same here both a gold survey and daily survey not credited.
It is more annoying when it happens over the weekend as it is usually slower!

Could someone point me towards the links for the mobile apps please? The link on the first page doesn't work for me.

Also, how do the mobile apps sync up with your SB account? Do I need to have the SB app on my mobile for them to work?

Second post of this thread gives information on them. You log into app with your SB details so it will sync.
