I had this for 2 of the last 3 days, I raised a ticket and they said they had no record of the completions and they did not credit me, I have stopped doing them now especially with that response from SB's customer service.

I keep the 'congrats, you have completed' page open whilst I check if credited. If not, I save the URL & details of points & subject, to put in a ticket later.

I just finished a relatively quick Toluna survey about holidays/cruises. It didn't credit but at least I have the "congratulations" url. My mind has gone blank and I'm not sure what type of survey it was or for how many points it was supposed to be. Has anyone taken this survey and can help?

A daily Survey for 70SBs, I had that one too and it didn't credit either
