Lucky you. I answered the questions - including providing an "other" item and then got the "rarely happens" message that they had all the responses they needed while I was completing.

If that is the case, why does the instant survey still appear after I have re-freshed the page?

This happens to me sometimes, if the survey is still there I will try answering it again, if I get the error message again I would screenshot it and submit a ticket telling them exactly what you just said in your post. They always credit me!

Seem to have solved the problem - for myself this time any way.

Changed from IE to FireFox and was able to complete and receive the points!

It might be ad blockers because I'm using chrome...and sometimes it's just timing disparities, sometimes I only see these surveys 30 min/1hour after they get posted here, and sometimes not at all.
