I didn't need a postcard either. I joined in Oct 2014 and have redeemed a few Amazon GC. Just used my security question for verification.

Ok, so it seems they have introduced this feature in October. Anybody who has redeemed later than that would have to be verified by post. It makes sense. So it seems to be that even if I choose to redeem by Paypal, I would still have to be validated by post first.

I am tempted to raise another ticket but I only get stereotyped answers by the SB staff. Do you know what? I'll take a month break from SB. See you all on other threads.

For those peeps that haven't had to do the verification postcard yet, you will have to do it at some point. I joined swagbucks January 3rd 2014 & wasn't asked to verify address by postcard til August 6th 2014.... I had already received over £200 agc from them by then... Then a week after applying for a GC, suddenly got the Sb's refunded without explanation. After wondering what on earth was happening, i discovered they wanted me to do the verification postcard. I remember posting about it at the time, wondering why it had taken them so long to ask me, lol. I got an explanation elsewhere that accounts are reviewed periodically, & those not already asked yet to verify will be, so the system catches up with itself eventually & they said to me everyone has to do the postcard (or text if in USA) at least once.

Oh, I received my pin on the 12th August, so it was quite quick. HTH
