Yes, Customer Services are doing pretty well these days. I raised a ticket for an 80SB GTM non-crediting this morning and got the credit a few hours later; usually I was prepared to wait until the following day.

Also, I have had two Amazon giftcards come through this afternoon, requested on different days but both dealt with at once. I don't know whether or not it is the same team that deals with them.

I'd have to agree that customer services have improved recently, sadly the same can't be said for their technical staff as the site is down again this morning.

Swagbucks is under attack from hackers.

You can blame Swagbucks for not doing enough maybe to cope with this if you want.

But hsbc was taken down last week and it has billions to spend on cyber security.

It's not easy for sites to cope when hackers decide to throw huge amounts of data at their website.
