Yes, you'll have to raise a help request to get the SB's.

The 80SB ones on the frontpage are Global Test Marketing, they haven't been crediting for me since the middle of last week so I left them alone, tried yesterday, same thing. So I'm leaving them alone until I hear they're good again.

The 60SB one on the front page (that goes to the green-ish/white survey front pages) is also not crediting today, I've tried it twice - both times different surveys, both times 100% complete (with the blue strip saying so at the top of the gold surveys page after redirection back to SB) and neither time credited, so I am also dropping those for a while.

Basically, SB is f*cked at the moment. It's been slow as hell today barely anything, Peanuts Labs hardly anything. Might end up migrating to one of the other sites if it carries on like this, it's just comfortable to stay where you are isn't it.
